Am now using a hard copy as well to monitor this, setting out a table with a column for each week of the month, one for every priority to note my progress on each one. It will be encouraging to record my prgoress on each one, and interesting to see which ones I manage, and which ones I struggle with!
People doing this are also doing these things:
Entries
• Finish preparing for inspection
• Start working on writing modules
• Return student finance form
• Continue sitting up as soon as I wake
• Each week draw only what can afford to
• Do ten minutes exercise every day
• Eath healthily
• Keep the home clean and tidy:
Put things away straightaway,
wash-up,
mop floor,
tidy sitting-room a little every night, and
give each room a weely esp good clean
– that’s all it takes!
May 2006 — 1 day ago
Current priorities are:
Sort the house out for the second inspection – getting there
Finish Media Arts work – √ (the 2 modules due in, & did very well)
Establish if I can postpone the English work for the second assessment – √ done
Keep using the depression-ignoring technique √
Manage my money wisely – doing quite well
Eat ten pieces of fruit and veg a day – getting there
Do at least 10 minutes ‘exercise’ a day – x not achieving yet
Regularly, daily, use the empowering goals (like stop being self critical, reward self for progress etc)
And…
