I love sculpted arms. I think they look great, but also represent being able bodied & strong. I want to be able to do 10 REAL push-ups, because it will mean my body is stronger.

This is my goal! lol i cant even do 10 girl pushups, but im working on it
i need to be able to do 23 push ups in 1 minute within 10 days wheni cant do any right now i cant seem to figure out why
i’ve done 25 so far. building my way up to 60. slowly but surely! weeeeee
TRY IT!!! just start at 5 and keep adding 1 every week or atleast every time you feel you can do one more. it’s empowering and exciting to do what you’ve been wanting to do! just do it!!!!
I did two standard pushups a week or so ago. That’s not very many, but I’ve been telling myself I could have done more if I hadn’t been sore from doing a bunch of weenie pushups the day before. I could be deluding myself, but as long as it keeps me working toward the goal, I can live with being deluded for a little while.
I slacked on this for a while. I’m starting easy and working on knee pushups for now. I can do ten without too much struggling right now. It’s a long way away from when I could do 20 or so regular pushups in a couple of minutes, but it took me a few years to get this weak, so I can wait a few months to be that strong again.
if you cant use your arms to push up your own body weight.

I used to refuse to even try to do a push-up unless I was resting on my knees. Finally, I decided to give it a shot, and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It also made way more of a difference in all of the major muscles-I can feel it in my stomach, biceps, shoulders and chest. Worth doing!

I used to do a bit more than 10, way back in 1994 when I was on Paridise Island. However, 4 kids and two husbands later, I’m lucky to do much of anything right now.
Since I’m still recovering from a twisted ankle, I’m doing them on my knees – girly pushups. However, I do four-count just like on the Island, so when I hit ten, I’m doing really well.
