To achieve this I am going to go to Body Ballance classes (it’s a mixture of tai chi, yoga and pilates all in one) more regulary.
Which means Saturday morning I’ll be at the gym. Maybe.

I did it two times a day and it only took 5-10 minutes.
I followed the same method for about 4 weeks and by then I was able to do the splits, touch my toes, put my leg behind my head, etc.
Although I stoped doing this for a very long time I still remained pretty flexible.
I will be trying this again and to see how it goes.

Today (while wearing not-loose jeans) I just felt like stretching and I bent forward AND TOUCHED MY TOES! It was so weird; that’s usually hard for me!
I’m not horribly unflexible (can touch my toes for sure) but can certainly improve. I am going to Body Balance classes at gym.. which I usually love but at the moment am finding kinda dull…but I’m still doing them cos I’m going to reach this goal!
I am starting this for the 100th time. Never been able to make it a daily habit but here we go again, this time for good.

I have been away for 2 weeks with family. By the time I got back to my hotel late at night, I was exhausted and just wanted to go straight to bed.
So I haven’t done any stretches for 2 whole weeks!
I’ll start doing them daily again tonight.
