I love to buy gifts for other people it really puts me into a festive mood between contemplating on what to give them to gauging their reaction when they receive their gift. This year I worked a part time job and an unpaid internship so I didn’t have a substantial amount of money for the holidays. I was pretty bummed as the holidays grew near because I had put so much time and effort (let alone $) into gifts last year it was going to be difficult to live up to expectations. In turn I decided to make things for the recipients. I baked sugar and chocolate chip cookies and also did some artwork for my family. My cookies were far from magazine perfect but the artwork was appreciated by my little sister and her reaction to my lilo and stitch canvas made my Christmas this year. 1 month ago
