If you have to be indoors, as Brian said – “wonderfully private and quiet [...] a view is also very relaxing.”
Nothing is better than being able to work outdoors though.

The only thing worse than a cube is a conjoined cube with a noisy cube-mate. He doesn’t even have his own waste-basket. He wheels back across my space and tosses into my waste-basket. Sometimes he pauses to blow his nose right behind me. I know, there are headphones, but it shouldn’t have to be this way.
