Sadly, most of the time I only stretch once I’ve gotten a stiff neck or a charley horse — from not having stretched. :)
How to stretch at least once a day

How I did it: I have been going to Pilates for many years. I try to apply the principles when I am at work. As I work in a library I am doing a lot of computer work. Sometimes I do roll downs from the wall or stretch my arms behind my back. I also do lunges sometimes . Nobody at work seems to mind and I tell them I am trying to prevent Repetitive strain injuries
Lessons & tips: Doing a regular Pilates or Yoga class helps you to learn good stretches and how to do them properly. It also gives you the motivation to want to improve your strength and flexibility as you go every week.
