On bad days, my assistant and I would joke about opening up a cupcake shop with couture-looking boxes and kick ass decorations. It is the running joke. On an off day, I told my sister this and she showed me a book with some pretty great cupcakes, saying “Every great company has a beginning.” I can’t even believe I put this as a goal because I don’t think I’m going to quit my day job any time soon, but it would still be fun to sell cupcakes as a side income.
