I love my new found confidence in the language, I’m pretty good! This is because I work really hard and I am forced to lecture in it all the time. I just started a new language-Boso Jowo-Javanese! Somehow the pronunciation seems so much harder than Indonesian, I’m hoping eventually to understand Indonesian better because of the Javanese.

I was born Indonesian … and actually spoke it till i was about 6. So how is it i can understand it almost completely but the words won’t come when i try to speak it…

This is really more of a means than an end goal in itself… I figure that if I speak Bahasa Indonesian, it’ll be a lot easier to find a way to live in Indonesia.
