Recent sadness made me binge, I think i have it under control again but the result was devistating. Ive gained 12lbs.
TIGHTENING THE LEASH.
Try to drink the 8 glasses of water a day and eat nothing two hours before you go to bed.
Cut down on carbs, sugars, fatty foods.
Alright so I’m going to start slowly on this one…
1. quit drinking soda at home
(I’ve allowed myself soda when I eat out, but I don’t do that too often)
2. make healthy meals at home with more veggies
3. make and KEEP a regular exercise schedule with the gym
Tues, Thurs Abs with Yoga atleast once a week
