I always thought it was cool to do the splits. But I am having trouble getting to them. I have been streching for a week but I need some help. Any kind of tips fixxes or anything would help. Thanx!

There are stretches that I should be doing to slowly get this ability to stretch like that. I don’t want to tear any muscles as that sounds very painful!
i can do the front splits with either leg forward but i just can’t do the box splits, i’m about 2 inches away, does anybody know any stretches that may help me?
I’m about a small palms length away doing forward splits, how can i get them lower?
I’ve never even come close, maybe 8 inches at best. This will take at least the year, maybe even longer. Ouch.

splits are worth it but not when everyone thinks it’s a huge deal… it’s really not… woohoo i can do the splits oh jeeze… it’s really not big deal but hay i felt accomplised so whatever
