get my cheeks pierced

I’m only 16 so convincing my mom to let me get them done was a serious task,but I won…ha ha ;)I absolutely adore them,I’m so attatched to them now.The pain isn’t intolerable and the piercer numbed the area before shoving the needle through.The aftermath kind of sucked,smiling was painful the first week or so,laughing was out of the question for at least 2 weeks.Cleaning them every two seconds was a pain in the ass.I payed $70 for both sides.I get a lot of s* from people at my job and random people that don’t even know me for having them,most people think I’m psycho.Some people think its the coolest thing ever.Either way it was well worth it!!!! :D 14 piercings and counting… Hopefully they’re visible in the pic I posted.

just need to find out how i’m getting to the place to get it done.

I got my cheeks done about two years ago, and they are my by far my most favorite piercing! Make sure you really really want them before getting it done, though – they’re way more high maintenance than other facial work.

Pixie on LA Ink has her cheeks pierced. I had never seen it before, but i fell in ove with it. I want to do it when i turn 18. My mother wont let me. Shes still angry about my tattoo.

So this was pretty exciting to do. It didn’t hurt NEARLY as much as I thought it would. I told the guy that I’d probabl cry when he did it, but it really wasn’t that bad. Now that it’s done, I kind of wish they would’ve been furthur out from the corners of my mouth. They’re only about an inch away. Oh well. I still love them.

I was hoping to be able to do this today. I went into the shop, but they didn’t have the right size labret jewelry to do it. The guy gave me his card and I’m supposed to check back in 3 weeks.
I don’t know if I can wait that long!

I turn 18 in 4 days.

I already have an appointment for a tattoo on my birthday and that’s going to leave me pretty broke. This is the kind of thing that I’d want done in a shop. I’ve had friends pierce my ears and septum, but a cheek is different. Its a really thick part of the skin, and I want to make sure that the piercings are balanced and symmetrical so it’d be best if a professional did them.
I also have to get a job soon, as I just quit my last one. Having unusual piercings, stretched ears, tattoos, and dreads makes that kind of hard sometimes.

Regardless, I still want to get this done sometime this summer.
