I’m 3 days into my challenge and I’ve drank maybe 2 cups of water total. I sat down and made myself a chart today to check off when I drink a glass, so I’m hoping that’s going to help. I need some sort of reminder or I know I’ll never get into the habit of doing it.
I’ve drank 2 cups of water since making the chart, so that’s a good sign.

I am absolutely terrible about drinking water. Even when I find myself noticeably dehydrated I never drink it. I’ve been told countless times that hydrating myself will help my headaches, amongst a plethora of other positive things. I need to commit to taking those measly few steps to the sink in the morning, pour myself a large bottle of water, keep it with me throughout the day and drink the whole goddamn thing.
This will be my first personal challenge out of all of my goals. I’ll give myself a week to start drinking more water, else succumb to dehydration and shrivel up and die (or something).

I can’t accomplish this goal without relying on bottled water, and for that I feel a little wasteful. But my appetite has improved, my skin condition, and overall health as well. I love water!

I found an easy way to make sure I do this. When I get up I drink 2 glasses (I’ve always done this) then I fill 3, 500ml bottles with filtered water and put them in the fridge. I then drink these throughout the day.

At the moment this is very hit and miss. Some days I drink more than 8, others it’s only a couple.
