decrease swearing and or/ stop swearing

Well it did not start off too good on the first morning. But by the end of the day I was doing well. Although I have noticed every swear word from others. Did I sound that bad?

I really need to cut down on the swearing. It might temporarily relieve some annoyance (the driver that cut me up on the roundabout) but it is short lived and can make me more annoyed. It is also not clever like my husband thinks! I think it is a lack of creativity in insulting someone or something. Either way I know I feel a nicer person when I don’t swear so I am gonna give it another shot.
