I’m tired of being 6’2 and only 170 pounds. I have been injured three times in the past two years, so its about time that I step up and strength train!

more like “feel the ache.” i started going to the gym again 1.5 weeks ago, and after 5 visits i’m just really sore. but it’s getting better… after a while i may increase the frequency of my workouts.
oh, another side benefit: i’m definitely sleeping better now.
