learn to play harmonica

bought a harp, found a teacher, lessons start next week…

I’m planning to build a campfire every single time I practice.

at all!
I even got a book that guides you through-from the very beginning to playing more demanding stuff. I’m eager, but seems it will take even more work than I thought.

I finally have the instrument, now all I need to do is learn how to play it:-D
It’s a funny little thing, arrived in a nice little box. I feel 5 again-like I have in my hands a little treasure which I want everyone to see and admire, but which noone can touch but me.

My bf will order it online (since he already owes me money from a bet:-)))) and it should be safe in my hands within a few days.
Can’t wait!

I now have some lessons found online but the harmonica seems to be lost…arrrrgh. A lot of good will the lessons do without the actual instrument!
Now I have to go and buy a new one.

Bought a Oskar Lee last month, bought a gindick book. trying to learn enough to play some camping tunes by summer.

I bought a cheap harp and started playing along with my Bob Dylan albums, and 3 years later I still break it out every now and will play with bands at the bar I work at. I’m also dabbling in recording a few covers/original songs using the harmonica as a rhythm and a melody instrument.

I’m a huge bob dylan fan and have always loved the blues, it speaks to the soul
