Live in the English Countryside

If this happens before ten years, that’ll be good. But it’s not something I’m actively trying to make happen yet.

I long to live in the English countryside someday. I can just picture it perfectly: a quaint ivy-covered house, a lush landscape filled with flowers and trees, cats, sheep, birds, a garden to grow my own vegetables, etc! It would be beautiful.

I am drawn to the English countryside, nature, the people, animals and a slower, simpler pace of life where people are genuine, less materialistic and live off the land. I have never experienced this in my life and would like to. Does this exist? Can anyone tell me where to find this and how to do this???

I want to get away from it all, and just live life at a slower pace, and I believe this can be achieved getting away from city/town living. The thought of a large garden bursting with flowers is a great one, and then all the birds and animals to boot!
