CrazyGuy03 In school, MY JUNIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOl!!!!
Well, I usually fail all my math classes, however, I learned something that helped me get an A in my Algebra class. After failing the first 2 tests, I decided I needed some help. I asked my cousin who is a math genius, and he told me his secret: You don’t have to do every problem in the book, just the hardest ones in each section (1/section, Total= 10), consistently every night. When you miss, or can’t figure out a solution circle it with a red pen and ask someone for help. And finally, the day before the test, go through the problems you circled in red and practice them, or just look over the steps your tutor/teacher/friend, used to answer the solution. It’s not that bad, and it’s definitely worth it.

I think math comes so easy to me. I’m sorry for those that don’t understand it.

I passed with a 68%...a D on my state’s grade scale. It was with the help of my friend Daniel, who helped me prepare for the final and even let me copy his homework a few times when I was desperate to get my grades up. (He had an A+ in that class, so the few times that I copied his work, it helped my grade A LOT.) I wouldn’t recommend copying your “smart friend’s” homework, though. Just study hard and see if you can get that “smart friend” to help you out. If you’re like me, the teacher doesn’t help for shit so sometimes you have to look for other sources of help. However, if your teacher is willing to help, go for it. :)
Either way, passing the class was worth it. :)

After failing Algebra 1 my freshman year, I am in it again, to my own dismay.
So far I have a 94.2 percent. That is….after 3 weeks in the class. I have a test tomorrow and I’m confused as hell. I pray that my percentage doesn’t go down…

I got an 84 on my notebook check, which counts as a test grade! i still doubt i will get a c in this class, but i can live with a d. Oh and the school i go to is on the 8 point scale or w/e so my 84 is actually a c instead of a b which sucks.

so friday i took the test and some of the stuff i actually DID know to my astonishment, but alot of times with the multiple choice ones i would get confused because two answers would be almost exactly the same, or i would come up with an answer that wasnt one of the choices, which meant i was doing it wrong. I have no idea what ive made on it yet.

I feel so stupid! I’m going to tutoring, doing all my homework, listening & asking questions, and I still have a 62 D in my Algebra class. I’ve come to realize that math just isn’t my thing, but I need to pass.
