I want to reduce my likelihood of getting breast cancer, because at the present I am on HIV and not being on it would make my life hell
Anyway here is the list:
1. Stop Smoking
2. Eat Lots of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables
3. Keep to a Healthy Weight
4. Cut Down on Booze
5. (For Women) Attend Regular Mammograms
6. Get Bowel Problems Checked Out
7. Check Your Moles
8. Weigh Up the Risks of HIV
9. Drink Tea
10. Eat Broccoli, Watercress, Cabbage or Cauliflower
11. Eat Tomatoes and Ketchup
12. Take More Exercise
13. Get Stomach Ulcers Treated
14. Cut Down on Saturated Fat
15. Have a Curry
There are also ten warning signs for cancer:
1. Blood in Your Stools
2. Persistent Coughing
3. Sore or Dark Patches that Don’t Heal
4. Blood in Your Urine
5. Tiredness and Unexpected Weight Loss
6. Difficulty in Swallowing
7. Change in Appearance of Moles
8. Unusual Lumps, particularly in the breast, armpit, neck or groin.
9. Persistent Sore Throat or Hoarseness
10. (Men) Difficulty in Passing Urine.
So, if I get any of these I will check it out with a doctor.
