Take flying lessons

...when I list something as a goal, even when I’m not planning on doing anything about it for years and years. And years.

Despite tucking this goal away at the bottom of my list, I’m pretty sure it winked suggestively at me earlier on. That temptress. It got me all giddy and confused and before I knew it I had phoned up and booked myself a trial lesson. On a plane. Cool.

And now I am heading over to my three positives goal to do a bit of editing. Because this is waaaay better than getting quite a lot of work done.

I don’t really like putting goals I am not actively pursuing on here, but I have thought about a couple of times before so I am putting on as a reminder. Not a priority at all and they cost a fortune but one day, if I save enough money. Being able to see everything for miles around laid out before you would just be incredible.

I would love to learn to fly a jet or a helicopter.

Hoping to have the finances for this goal by the new year ‘08. Took my practical exam for my pilots liscence already and got a 90%,now its time for the fun part-the flying and I have 2 yrs to get the hours…

My dad said today, “Well when we have some money.” WE HAVE MONEY! I would have never invested sooo much time into learning about airplanes if i knew id never fly, i want to soo bad, i guess i will just start saving up myslef.

I recent won an introductory flying lesson. I don’t know what that actually entitles me to but it sounds good. I’ll be in a plane and in one of the pilot seats. Its a start.
