I’ve always been fascintaded by pole dancing. But I’m not in a very good shape, and I know it’s very physical so I’m a bit scared to be very bad and that the other people in the pole dancing class would laugh at me. I need to find the courage to go, at least once.

It’s just so sexy! I would love to be able to try it. It sounds like a really fun way to get fit and tone your whole body, much more exciting than going down to the gym. It has the music, the dancing and the sexy moves. And just imagine how impressed your partner would be! It brings back memories of Jamie Lee Curtis in True Lies dancing for husband Arnold Schwarzenegger!
Apparently, they’re quite easy to get hold of. A friend has installed one in her lounge! I’m definitely going to include it in the list of activities in my holistic bootcamp! That way, I’ll get to try it out.
Let’s just say that it keeps your arms toned and your legs toned and gets you very flexible! It also helps you overcome your shyness and it’s a fun way to have a workout without feeling like you’re having one (until the next day, when your muscles feel cramped up!)
