    I own one now... 4 years ago

    And it’s a lot of fun, and it’s nice saying I own a plane.

    However, they are expensive. Sales tax, Insurance, monthly tie down, the annual inspection (which is about $4,000 alone)... it all adds up.

    But on the flip side – I bought it in Miami and flew back to California, and had sooo much fun. It’s a great way to learn to fly too, owning is cheaper than renting.

    Good luck either way.
