think it seriously about what I want and at what I’m good at
How to choose a major
How I did it: I was on a long flight and I was thinking, "What do I want from life? What interests me?"
I decided then that I wanted to study nutrition science and culinary arts.

I’m still here in Psychology…
Still sticking with it…
Not really enjoying it yet but I start my first sexology class next semester so Woo!!!
I’ve been taking college classes off and on for the past five years. I’ve seriously considered Psychology, Graphic Design, and English. Yet I’m no closer to my final decision.
So I’m taking all college classes and in two years I’ll be out of high school. And while I know that it is not necessary to know what I want to major in or what career I want to have, I’d like to have some kind of idea.
I mean, there are so many things that interest me! English and teaching and science, psychology and art, computer sciences, many things that I want to learn! But I think that after taking English classes and whatnot, I’ve found I really am not a fan of writing classes, so four years of something similar would be torture.
I LOVE science, though, and I like math. So I want to continue taking science classes (chemistry, biology, maybe physics) and math (Calc II, III, and maybe beyond) in the last 2 high school years.
So here is what I want to do with this goal. I would like to research a job/major/career area that interests me every week and post about it. Some ideas: Pharmacist, Chemist, Biochemist, Psychology, Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Social Worker, Computer Scientist, etc.
