There’s (another) plan. Which involves running after we move to Melbourne. We’ll see how that one goes. Hopefully, once uni goes away, I’ll be able to get back into the dancing too.

So I fell off the wagon after the second week because I took a short trip to Sydney, and mucked up my timing. So I’m going to repeat week 2 starting tomorrow.
I did walk for something like 4 hours last Sunday, and today, went for a walk that has gotten my heart rate up. Yay!
Just finished week one of http://hundredpushups.com
Currently maxing out at 11 push ups. Well, cheaters push ups.
Honest. I’m also planning to go for a walk today, only it started raining. But I’ve done something. That’s good. Here’s to hoping I keep it up.
Ok, so I fail at attempting to regularly go swimming. I need to find somewhere comfortable enough, and enjoyable enough, that I want to go back. It’s odd, theatre was like that. Even with a new company, I would always go back.
Going to try something different next week. Maybe.
So, in little over an hour and a half from now, I am heading off to see what I can do about my fitness – swimming!
I got a tip from a girl I work with that her mum helps coach swimming, and since I need all the guidance and direction I can get, and have shot legs, this is a good thing to start with I think.
This has been ticking around my head for a while now, and I thought if I cemented it on the internet then maybe I might actually follow through.
I’ve started “sort of” doing this already. I’m walking more, but not in any kind of regular pattern yet. There’s also been talk about active things, like dance and rock climbing.
Mostly, I’ve kind of been a bit inspired by my partner’s journey through the 100 Push Ups program (http://www.hundredpushups.com/). Only, push ups scare the hell out of me, so I’m contemplating the Sit Ups version (http://www.twohundredsitups.com/).
It’s all only thinking at this point. I suppose if I set a date. Start it ‘now’, I might actually achieve something.
