i really want to get toned! im in college going for fashion so i think i need to work on my appearence a little bit. ive lost alot of weight so ive been told.. i dont really see it lol.
im very self concious about working out infront of people.. but i dont know what else to do so i can tone up my body. i hate the top of my legs, tummy and arms. my arms have actually improved a little bit.. so its s start i guess.
but i need to find a way that isnt so intense to tone myself up!

Im not fat but I want to get myself toned, currently I can barely push out 10 push ups LAME!! I am not sure if I will ever do this goal, but I would really like to :3

I really want to complete this before summer is over so I can wear a bathing suit and be proud!
In between work and summer clases, I must…
-exercise at least 30 min everyday.
-visit the gym at least 2xs a week.
-cut out snacking and junk food
-get 8 hours of sleep every night so I have the energy to exercise!
If I follow through with all of these for at least one week….I would be happy

So…The two days after I wrote this down as a goal I actually did work out a little, but since then, I haven’t at all. I’ve just be so lazy. I have excuses, but I need to just find at least 15 minutes everyday to do this.

Right now, I’m a healthy weight…quite fit actually, but I want to be more toned. I want to get an overall more toned look, rather than just a slender look. I want to really work on my stomach, as well….get some hard abs :) I worked out tonight, so that’s a start at least.

So I’m pretty comfortable with my weight. I just really want to tone up, and I’ve been working on it. I’m improving this year with workout videos 3 or more times a week and now I just need to get to the gym!
