Stop bitching

I have a tendency to bitch about things and not do anything about it… But that will stop!

I am a natural bitch.
I cant help it.
But lately my two best friends have been really angry at me.
I would never talk about my friends behinf their backs.
It has been other people that they dont even like.
But they have told me that they are sick of me being Bitchy, Rude and Mean.
I have apologised but only one wants to forgive me. The other is making it so difficult for me.
I really need to stop the bitching.
Also… The friend that wont accept my apology is talking to another girl who I thought was my friend and I told her what was happening and she went and told her what I said. And twisted the whole story telling her I said something when it was her. She said that they always gang up on people and make people feel left out. This was a total lie.
I don’t know who my real friends are anymore.
I feel so bad!!
Need to stop being a bitch!

And the person you have bitched about finds out.
And falls out with you.
If they were your mate !
wich in my case it was.
But she was relli pissing me off !!

I am my mother something I never thought I would be, Yes I have been through enough in my life to have the right to complain , however all I ever do is complain to the point it is affecting my relationships with my children , friends and boyfriend. I want to stop doing this. SO PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME !!!!

I used to be a pretty optimistic and non-bitchy person, but after spending time with a really cheery friend last weekend, I realised I’m really bitchy! I couldn’t say something good about someone without saying something bad. It’s awful! I have to stop!

how can you constructively tell somebody what you want them to do? like get a good job, stop smoking, wear your seatbelt? on and on and on.
