I made marble cheesecake last night! It was successful. I waited until today to have it so I could start my day off with the breakfast of champions. The top cracked and the sides got pretty brown, but the flaws were just aesthetic, so I say I did a pretty effin’ good job.

I’ve been baking since I was, like, 10. I’m pretty decent at it. The only thing holding me back from making my beloved cheesecake has been my lack of a springform pan.
Thanks, paycheck! After I take that mofo to the bank tomorrow, I’m off to buy myself said pan. And believe it, baby, tomorrow night it is cheesecake time.
