I was doing good for a while but I started to slack off and gain back the weight I had lost, so I’m going back at it and joining a gym and trying to start eating better (again)
You know, I can’t really see it, because it’s only a couple pounds, and I can’t say I necessarily feel it in my body yet, because I haven’t lost that much, but I tell you what: mentally, I can feel it so strongly! It’s like, yeah, I can do this! THis is the first step in something bigger. Definitely worth it.
This goal is my first step in a larger goal, losing weight (i.e. getting to a healthy weight). I’m doing it in increments. Of course, you weigh differently at different times of day, so I’m not going to count from morning to night, or something like that. Instead, I’m going to go at least from one day to another. And I need to KEEP it off!
