Well I got the bike. The bike kicked my ass. Yes I still know how to ride however last time I got on one I dont remember pain or being out of breath. I guess this is a new thing i have to concur. I want to be able to ride all through the park near my home but I barely made it to the next community!

Close to sending this goal into the done column. I do get the excercise but I need to up the intensity and variety. I found the raquetball court and I hope to have enough expendable cash to be able to kayak more. Now if i would just embrace yoga and get a bike I will be set. At that point I may have enough endurance to try rock climbing again.

Brian Tracy in his book EAT THAT FROG says you should plan your day the day before. Also you should do what you find the hardest to get out of the way or be consistant in, to do it first every day. For instance maybe getting up 30 min earlier to do one’s excercise and “having it done”. I think i will do this starting monday

I would like to do an hour a day of brisk walking and then aim to do some toning exercises a few times a week, but I feel it is essential to get some daily exercise which is realistic. Sometimes I do more but some days I work a lot and do very little exercise without realising – that’s what I want to change.



today July 10 I promise me that I will excercise daily 16 months ago

Today I excericised on the treadmill for 10 minutes and then went outside and walked around the block. This is the first time I have since I finished chemotherapy…!!!!!!!!!

I am forced to walk my dog everyday lol. Well its something. I really need to find a cheap way to play raquetball.

I’m starting this up tonight. I have two months of mornings where I basically have nothing to do, so I want to exercise and get myself into shape. I plan on doing this through a mix of calisthenics each morning, running, biking, and long boarding. I figure if I set up a support system this might be a little easier.

a habit yet by any means but I am working on it. I have been hitting my target HR doing some cardio.

I’ve worked a lot on the way I eat over the past couple of years, and I’ve lost 70 lbs this past year because of it! Now I just need to start excercising everyday-I want to feel stronger and more energized, and I know that if I keep at it I’ll start to really notice a difference in the way I feel. :)

down. Actually it was yesterday and i didnt post but I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. That 24hour fitness room in my community is really interesting. At 1030 last night I went in there determined to get in a little cardio. It seemed I was the only one there. I flipped on the lights and saw some figures scrambling in the corner of the little play room for the resisdents kids. Uhm yeah. I totally walked in on two teenagers doing it amounst the toys. Now that was funny. I guess you dont need the communities equipment to work out hehe.
