Trackers and Standards

I use issue and task trackers to keep track of my tasks in work and outside work:
- www.atlassian.com/jira/
- www.rememberthemilk.com
Which basically help me to prioritize and do further planning on things.
The main reason of things not done too fast is because I want them to be elegant and I am setting standards for the people, e.g. in programming, in documenting, etc.
With standards, things can definitely be better.
