what kind of positive affirmation-ist am I? I like the one about how I have time for everything. I’ll repeat it today..since I have so much stuff to get done, it will help me remain focused on putting one foot in front of the other.
I am relaxed and centered. I have plenty of time for everything.
several times yesterday I caught myself thinking some negative and unhelpful thing…(like what the #$$#@ am I doing!!??) but then I stopped myself and said the positive statement to myself instead. I am keeping that one in reserve as one I will use more than once!

I have been trying to locate or think of a positive statement that could MAKE me whip this house into shape. Alas, the house and alllll its many needs is pretty overwhelming to tackle. So instead, I am taking the kinder, gentler approach with myself today. Instead of “telling” myself anything—I’m going to try listening:
I am open to receiving all the messages of this abundant universe
Does that sound just way too new-age-y?
