    this was a good weight for me until i had these last 2 kids. after them my best was 140s. I have to think of all the muscle I added doing all that jazzercise back then!

    ok, so I was buying some olives after my dr appt at the international food store.
    the girl at the counter smiled at me and asked when my baby was due.
    i told her … I am just fat right now”
    it was really weird. she just said OK and that was that.
    so I look pregnant. at least she thought I looked young enough to imagine being pregnant…
    whatever.
    I need to lose 50 pounds. the dr office scale said i was 188, oh joy.

    I am really fat these days and need to try harder. maybe tomorrow I will start a plan that I liked, I eat a good small meal and then the rest of the day have a fruit smoothie.

    I think I might be eating more than I need to. otherwise I would be losing weight.

    weighed myself finally, (175!!!!!!!)i have been really not taking the time to do my health routine. which used to be weight, measures, fish oil twice a day for cholesterol, you know… vitamins…
    pilates, walking,
    eating my good food.
    i mean, there is only so much energy. My kids, they are only 1st and 3rd grade but they get projects and homework that i have to be involved in…
    i take them to school and pick them up,
    4 miles each way.
    i work at home, their dad gives me no money.
    work is going better , thank God,
    i do not have anyone to watch them in a pinch but could work on that,
    there is an after school program that I started using again,
    they could do more chores( i need to make a chart)
    they could go to bed earlier,.,.,
    do their homework earlier… ( mainly the 3rd grader moans about her homework for the majority of the day then starts when its bedtime. ugh!
    OH ALSO<,, i used to pay a lady to help me clean but really do not want to do that anymore. so I am doing more, (i know it seems like I am making excuses, but I think it is a lot)
