i really cant get all strict about my diet because that causes me to fail. I just have to think about what I did naturally when I weighed this much – and I was not thinking about calories and fat grams – getting too obsessed actually makes me give up and ultimately gain weight. If I focus on being healthy, getting better at yoga, getting my antioxidants, protein etc…then I can get there without stressing. I just cant let myself be impatient or get too wrapped up in actual numbers or getting there by certain dates. My goal is really to look the best I can and be the closest I can to 135 by 10/10.

-start working out at least 4 times a week.

I have come to the conclusion that I am never going to weigh 135. unless I lose all my muscle. whatev.

the new 2008 diet 23 months ago

no pop
no chips (or nachos)
no cookies
no cake unless special occasion
no chocolate
only two carbs a day
two bottles of water a day
no candy

no chocolate
no ice cream

no bread or potatoes
no chips, pop
no smartfood, cheetos etc
no cookies
no cereal

THE PLAN: 2 years ago

-cut back on carbs. only eat carbs twice a day.
-no more chocolate and candy and ice cream and cookies
-continue avoiding pop and chips
-get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day plus try to fit in a muscle conditioning or toning activity
-eat balanced meals
-STOP snacking on chocolate
-no eating after 10 (even on weekends!)
