60 sit ups and 30 push ups every day for 4 months – made very little difference! I think i’m compensating by eating more junk. not good.
People doing this are also doing these things:

ok its been about a month and a half but i have to say i think im getting there – eating healthily (salads! me?!), and i havent ‘consumed alcohol’ in 2 1/2 weeks, also exercised more frequently.
Beer-beely hasnt quite gone yet (pickin up quite a fight) but ive noticed a small reduction and think if i keep this up ill have a washboard stomach by christmas!
men who look pregnant, not so much.
upon this realization, I took action…
maybe it’s the weather, but I also did do a little bit of a cleanse, and I’ve decided to eat less crappy food (like meat 3x a day).
yes, I do now fit into shirts that I didn’t fit into a few months ago(I’m not embarrassed to tell you guys this, should I be?)
ah anyways, my once gi-normous gut is shrinking and maybe I’ll even one day get washboard abs, but I’d settle for anything less round.
ok, I’m chalking this one up, finally
OK, Its 7th June 2006 and my gut is getting out of control. Since i stopped exercising when i broke my leg i’ve probably put on about a stone. I’ve started swimming but it doesn’t seem to help (probably because it makes me hungry then i eat more!) I’ll try sit ups next… just a few a day.
25 per day – every day for two weeks – thats my first target.
