celebrate "Talk like a pirate" day

It was a great success in that many people knew my plan. Unfortunately I had the flu that day and spend the day asleep. Arghhh.

So I went to me Raster Graphics class today, Savvy? And the scurvy land lubber says to me “I didn’t realize you were gang affiliated,” as I had me pirate lass’s band on me head. I say “No, it be talk like a pirate day!” And he says “OH YEAH I forgot!” And that brought up the whole bleedin’ conversation, even me scalawag professor knew about it, says I.

Also me pirate buddy Cap’n CoCo ‘n I had a conversation on Facebook.

Aye, it be a good day indeed! So I checks it off me goal list ;)

And have yerself a great talk like a pirate day, arrrrrrgh!

Well, today is the day, but I completely forgot about it…again! And I haven’t practiced my pirate lingo =[
Oh well, maybe next year.

Next time someone is rude to me I’m going to “arrrgh” them.

I’ll be studying up on good phrases to work into conversation.
