How to start kickboxing again

really happy

How I did it: signed up at a kickboxing club that i used to go to for lessons a few years ago. i went to one class, and realized how much i missed it, and have been going for about two weeks, twice a week now. Lessons & tips: don't be nervous if you haven't tried it before, just be open, and ready for a good work out! Resources: no resourses helped me. |

I took kickboxing lessons for three years and then my instructor moved away. I was set up to take over teaching the classes but then had to move myself.
One class down, many more to go ;-)

I had my first kickboxing class at the new place, and now I’m really sore :-) It really brought home to me how unfit I have become, at the same time I’m a little worried about the quality of instruction, but we’ll see how it goes !
