heyy i used to always care about what others thought if my but then i came to realize that we are no more or less than one another. we all have flaws and talents and everyone is entitled to whatever type of person they want to be. i believe you shape yourself as a person and to grow on the values and knowledge you’ve gained over the years is a total blessing! so when you’re walking down the street tomorrow, or whenever you are going to go out next, think to yourself : i am ME! just chill. there’s too much confusion in the world.

There is no referee. There is no person saying YOU CANT DO THAT. There is only YOURSELF. YOU LIMIT YOU. Throw every idea that ever held you back out of the window. The fact that you care about what other people think is limiting yourself.

Okay, so, i get really scared when i walk by people that our older than me, or prettier, and stuff like that because i think they are gonna make fun of me. And i guess the only thing to do is to think to yourself that your just as pretty as everyone else, i mean they might be older. but that doesnt make a difference. your still pretty. Just because someone tells you ur not, that doesnt mean a thing. The only thing that matters is what you think. not what all those other people think. you could think the same about them

I did it, sorta (its not automatic) 18 months ago

I think that I will have to keep on doing this, but so far so good. I used to spend days thinking of what I’m doing wrong, when the whole time, that was what was wrong. For me, the only thing to fear was fear it self. I’m not done until it’s automatic!



negative emotions 19 months ago

i’ve realized that all this stems from inconfidence and lack of self worth. Meditating every day and spending time alone has done this for me. When i meditate, i get rid of every negative emotion, and breathe. It feels so much better. Hate, fury, resent, guilt, etc, etc, all that deep inside. Making yourself interesting by doing what you love etc,
I dunno, thats what worked for me, and always hold your head up high when you walk. It might sound strange…but yeah.
