Going to bed earlier. I usually go to sleep on school days at about 10.30pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays about 12-2am. So in the morning I’m sleepy and don’t get up until about 12.00pm. Practice makes perfect! Also, practicing my social skills, flexibilty skills and my paitence skills.
