Having moved 3 times in the last 3 years and lugging my dusty violin case with me each time, I have decided I would actually like to play it!
Started to go through old exam pieces and after a week am already feeling the improvement, want to start up now with THAT orchestra that I have only attended twice!

I are going to learn playing the violin again.. played it for six years.. and then cut it out.. miss it so much, i just gotta start all over again.. :( it’s gonna be hard.. i can feel it..
I played the violin when I was in 5th grade for orchestra. I loved it, but I quit because I thought I would like saxophone better. WRONG! I hated it. So now I’m in 10th grade and my mom doesn’t believe that I can re-learn the violin. I really want to, so I’m going to prove her wrong.
I started in middle school orchestra, 7th grade. Continued to 8th grade. Really, really wanted to go to Palm Harbor High (just for the orchestra!), but… got stuck at Dunedin, without an orchestra to join. While I regret not being able to play and get better… things have worked out quite nicely otherwise <3
In high school, I played this for a year. I always have trouble with playing instruments, but I want to really try again for the violin since I own one. I have to get it fixed though, and find a really good teacher that will listen to my needs. Now that I’m an adult, I can negotiate with my music teachers rather than just do theory all day.
I played in elementary and junior high, but when I moved and started another school, I didn’t want to be cast as an “orchestra geek”, so I quit. Tried it again a year or so ago, but it hurt my hands and wrist so much, that I quit again, for fear of hurting them. you can’t be a massage therapist if your hands don’t work anymore!
