sassylittlelady can finally take a break!
How I did it: It was done at a piercing and accessories shop where the lady used a piercing gun. It was quick and painless =) However, the aftercare is really important as a helix piercing is very prone to infections (At least mine was). Some people I know had their helix piercing infected and was forced to let it close up =( So, most importantly, no matter how much it itches, do not scratch anywhere around the piercing. Instead, ask your pharmacists f… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got it done at a Claire's store in the UK, with a piercing gun (yes yes I know!) but oh well well well well well well well well well well well well well well well well well well well Read how I did it…
How I did it: We found a very reputable place to get it done that had excellent reviews (thanks Yelp!), and went in. We talked to the piercer and she put us right at ease with her obvious knowledge and suggestions to do what turned out to be best. Read how I did it…

I’ve gotten my cartilage, rook and last night I pierced my helix. The first two didn’t hurt what so ever, but the helix definitely did. I enjoy it though and was worth just hurt and is still sore.

It looks awesome, though it still hurts a bit, but that’s just a part of piercing. 12 august 2008 <3 With the helix, I had my lobes done for the second time too.
I ‘play’ with it (I remove the crusting with a dry cotton stick), it only gets wet/clean when I’m in the shower, I had it done with a gun (risks, risks) and I still haven’t changed the stud (wich I should’ve done three days after I had it done, cause it was fake gold). Yet it’s perfectly healthy! :D
When the three holes are healed and I’ve achieved something (you know, to make it even more worth it), I want to get a forward helix in my left ear and if I still want it I’m going to gauge my first lobe piercing. :3

in the past year since turned 16 ive gotten 3 piercings. belly, tragus and rook. Today my friend and walked past a piercing and jewellery shop and my friend said she always wanted to get her nose done but she was to scared. so she goes.. “if i get my nose pierced, can u also get a piercing?” so without any thinking i said yes.. wats the harm of another one? so she got her nose pierced and i got a helix piercing but at MY piercer haha he said my next piercing will be 50% off.. didnt hurt at all. but none of my piercing have. wonder what i should get next? =)
My mom is against like any & every piercing. Ive wanted my navel, my nose, & my helix 4 ever. After begging her for a nose piercing for like a year, I gave up & asked for a helix. & She’s going to let me!!! Even though I want my nose pierced more,I think I will love this one!

I got it a few weeks ago. It didn’t hurt too bad. I clean it everyday though so it hasn’t gotten infected. It was done with a captive bead ring though and it’s impossible to take out. I really want to change the ring soon.
YAY so worth it!
I love it when people realize I have it and ask me about it. Its awesome.

I finally made my way up to the piercing shop and got it done! It didn’t hurt much, but I think that’s because it was done with a gun and not a needle. I hope I’ll build up enough courage to get an industrial next time:)
A lot of my friends have been getting piercings lately, and I realized that I wanted one too. They all started going back last March, so nearly a year ago. We’re teenagers, it’s so typical of us to use our body to express ourselves. So I’ve been thinking about what I wanted for a while, and I decided on a helix piercing. It might seem like I’m getting a piercing just so I can be like everyone else, but that’s not actually how it is. If it was, I would have my belly button done just like all the rest of my friends. So lame! I’ve never wanted a belly piercing, and I like helix’s because I think they still look nice and are pretty discreet. Anyways, I’m planning on going in a couple weeks with my friend Danny who is getting his nipple. So sexy!
Had it done today. Didn’t hurt as much as i thought it would, so that’s good. Kinda red at the moment and a little sore, but i guess that’s what you get when you put holes in places nature didn’t intend for! But still defiantly worth doing!!!
