Learn not to say "yes" when I want to say "no"

My extended family has become so accustomed to me taking charge (and responsibility) of everything-I think that they are in total shock. But I feel so liberated! Everytime I feel myself thinking “I don’t really want to but…” I just suck it up and say it. “NO.”

this is the reframe. I need to keep this goal front center for a while until it’s my habit. So, Dr. No continues in her quest.
