It has been a week and i definitely feel alot better then I did when I first started. I’m not as bloated. I do want some candy every once and while but I’m not craving it as bad as I thought i would. As for as food I’m never hungry b/c I am eating 6 times a day. I have more energy already. I am very sore my body is probably like what the hell is going on. What a difference a week can make..I have gone from not going to gym in over a year to going do the gym 6days a week and i’m really enjoying it.

I will be starting my BfL challenge on 9/3. I am excited and nervous. I really need to accomplish this. Not only to look& feel amazing, but to show that I can actually complete something! I am doing this with my BF thank God I need all the motivation I can get!
Finished my first official BFL Challenge at the beginning June. It was WELL worth it. Went from 23.3% body fat to 11.4% and am in the best shape of my life. The program really does work. It takes discipline, but really by far the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. :-)

I’m on week 7 and doing amazing. Down from 23.3% bodyfat to 17.5% and have lost about 6 lbs. I didn’t have much to lose and am really doing this to add muscle, though. Hope to see others joining me. I finished my first 12 week BFL program. Im down 37 pounds… exactly 1/3 of my weigh (hehe) there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m on week 3 this week. In the past 2 weeks I have lost 7lbs! I get one free day a week and I eat!!! I sooooooooooo look forward to Sunday… the rest of the week I’m extremely strict. 1200-1600 calorie days. I exercise 6 days a week also. 3 days weights 3 days elliptical.
This program is so wonderful!! Sure I crave throughout the week, but I keep it for Sunday, that way I can have something to look forward too!!
I did low carb starting on Jan 3. Total loss in 4 weeks – 15.5 lbs!!!
WELL I HAVE BEEN STUCK AT 240-243LBS. I HAVE DECIDED TO TRY TO REMOVE ALL DAIRY PRODCTS FOR ATLEAST 1 WEEK AND SEE IF THAT HELPS. DID LOWER BODY TODAY. AFTER THIS WEEK I AM GOING TO CHANGE EXERCISES. IS ANYONE ELSE ACTIVELY DOING THIS? GOOD LUCK MIKE
I STARTED BODY FOR LIFE, AND HAVE COMPLETED TWO WEEKS. YESTERDAY WAS MY FREE DAY AND BOY DID I GO WILD. WAS UP FOUR POUNDS THIS MORNING. BUT I ATE PANCAKES COOKIES REESE CUPS, BBQ PORK CHOPS, AND CABBAGE ROLLS, ALSO 2-2 LITRES OF POP REG. I DID GET MY WORK OUT IN. TODAY WAS THE 20 MINUTE AEROBIC SOLUTION DID IT ON RECUMBANT BIKE. I WILL DO MY WEDNESDAY ON TREADMILL. I STARTED THE PROGRAM ABOUT 6 YRS AGO BUT DID NOT COMPLETE IT. I AM GOING TO COMPLETE IT THIS TIME. I WAN TO SEE MY ABS. ALREADY STARTING TO SEE MORE MUSCLES DEVELOPING. I AM TAKING THE PHOSPHAGEN HP AND WILL FINISH MY FIRST CONTAINER IN A COUPLE DAYS. GOOD LUCK ALL WEEK 3 DAY 1 MIKE
My first day of exercise was torture to my body, that’s the price I pay for 4 months of not working out. The second day was much better, i actually felt better afterwards. As far as food, it’s been ok, not as hard as I thought and because I am eating healthier, my famiy is eating healthier, my daughter turned down chips for some oranges instead. She had some chips and said, you know, i like the clementines better. Now that’s an accomplishment!
I am starting BFL tomorrow, mid week, but you know, why not? It’s for me, not for anyone else, I want to change for the better, be healthier, and look good also. I hope those that are interested in this will get off their butts and do it. I am also involving my family in this, healthier eating and lifestyle, it’s a win win situation!
