I LOVE olives.... 2 years ago

I’ve been eating them at every BBQ and thanksgiving for as long as i rememeber, but sadly last thanksgiving (2006) I develped an alergy. I still ate them on our anual BBQ for memorial day, and my tounge swelled, and my throat started to close. tear it saddens me deeply.

    So good! 2 years ago

Black or green, pitted or whole, they’re all good.

I tried them on a sandwich from Quizno’s. And they were pretty good. I haven’t just eaten one out of the jar or can but at least I can say I’ve tried it.

I try them whenever I can. So far they all seem fine. I will keep you posted if the situation changes.

I still haven’t tried an olive. I am a wimp!

Olives are the bees knees!! You can put them on your fingers and chase people around with them. And you can suck the pimentos out of green ones! Yummy!!!

They’re a bored little girls best friend on Thanksgiving day!

    and so much variety too!
Very healthy choice of snack and very versatile in cooking. If you never tried one before, I can reccommend starting on a black (Greek) olive. Don’t worry about it if you can’t find Greek ones, usually any black olive goes down easier as a first bite than a green one. :)
