How to do 25 pushups a day
"It makes you upper body stronger! It is well worth it."
How I did it: Easy! You have to want to do it. It is all in the mind. I started out doing 3 to 5 at a time every 15 min. for about 45 min. that is about 9 to 15 pushups per day. i did this every day until I could do 20 correctly. Now I can do up to 22 at one time. I have developed muscles i didn't know i had. I feel great!
Lessons & tips: You have to discipline yourself that is all. Well it would help if you had some one to boost you a little.
