I can think of few better ways to relax my mind and body after a long day.

Two day intensive course begins tomorrow (16th August 2005). This will provide the basis for continued practise.
Update
Unfortunately, I caught a heavy cold and was feeling so rough that I got very little benefit from the course. I am back to square one, wanting to learn enough of the form to practice alone on a daily basis but not being at home in the UK long enough to take the classes to achieve any progress.
