Actually, I just found out that I was doing “wimpy” situps. I can only do 20 real ones.

Yay, I got 50! Now as soon as I can do 50 consistently, I can cross this off.

Well, I picked 50 because it was a nice number, but then I just sat down and did 40. It won’t be long before I hit 50 and have to bump it up. Still, I suppose it’s good for morale.
I usually does 150, been working hard and pushed myself everytime at the gym- now I reached my goal

up to 40. Haven’t really been hitting this that hard, but the last couple days I’ve been more motivated.
Always feels good putting that muscle to use and feeling that slight pull on your muscles makes you feel lean and healthy. :D
Definately worth working for. Although it is quite easy unless you’r out of shape which i was a while back, but im back baybeee.
:D gl with people doing this, just take it slowly and remember muscles only grow with diet and water aswell.

ok i can do 20 easy with somebody beating me with a focus pad in the stomach. Then 20 side situps on each side with same beating. Monday I’ll go for 30 each, 30 normal then 30 on each side with same beating over stomach.

I just did 27. When I was 13 or 14 or so, when I was considerably overweight, I used to do 100 a night. Oh well, I remember this one being relatively easy to build up. Just gotta work at it.
