The D; wants me to loos weight and ask if I do not eat fat food;s for a month 7 months ago

Going to try do that this month as last month was really bad and we spent way to much on food as we ate fast food so much. Will keep a tick sheet of the days to keep me motivated and hopefully that will also help me loose a bit of weight. 7 months ago
