    ...right now! Leftover birthday cupcakes from my son’s birthday last week. They’d go bad if I didn’t eat them. It’s only the right thing to do. I wouldn’t want to be wasteful.

    Where have cupcakes been all my life? I paid $5.50 in metro tickets to visit The Cupcake Shoppe in Toronto a couple of days ago, but it was so worth it. I got two cupcakes, a marbled one with aquamarine frosting and a vanilla one with pink frosting. They were like little works of art, I (almost) didn’t want to eat them. Will have a hard time going back to regular queen cakes after this.
