I’ve started working on a recipe for a baked apple-bourbon pudding that so far is tasting fabulous. I love apples and bourbon together. Needs work, though…

I, too, found myself watching the special late one night, or more like early morning…and was inspired to create some recipes! My motivation, sorry to say, is mostly financially based. I could do a lot with the $1 million prize money! Don’t get me wrong, I love to cook and have created some dishes in the past, but that’s about as far as it went. I was bummmed about the contest occuring every 2 years, also.
So, we’ll see what happens!
