be more serious

In a sense this goal also includes my desire to get a little more self discipline. I’ve put this as my primary goal since it’s practically required for me to accomplish any of my other goals if I’m not more serious then I just brush things off like they’re nothing – “oh I need a job eh that can wait till next year…” next year “I live in a dumpster I wonder why…”

I have a too lackadaisical attitude towards life.Which results in passing off opportunities due to my lazy don’t care attitude.

Well, I think I am WAYYY too not-serious-but-always-happy. People don’t take me seriously, I tell them what i don’t like and they laugh, it most of the times really hits me hard that people don’t listen to me, they think that i am not human or that i am a rock that can take any storm or earthquake; but they also think that i am lazy and not responsible, they don’t trust me because they think that i am not serious enough or not capable and that hurts. But what really hurts is that i do all that for them to forget about the hardships that they have to go thru everyday, and it seems to me that the one suffering the most is me.

I don’t want to lose my sense of humor, but I do want to have a little more gravitas . Being silly, shallow, and trivial has not made me happier or gotten me the things I wanted in life.

Anyway, “be more serious” sounds more positive than “be less stupid” or “quit being so freakin’ lazy”. ;)

I laugh at everything. The thoughts in my head might be serious but my actions aren’t!

My bestfriend and I will be fighting, and I’ll say something stpuid that makes her laugh really hard. Then nothing gets solved because we just laugh.

I want to change that. But then again, I would be me if I did that. =D

I was serious about being serious.
But then I got an email telling me I’m WORLD FAMOUS for being on the front page of internetbumperstickers.com

And when I saw my bumper sticker up there, I realised something.
I AM crazy. Not just crazy, but Ker-azy. And I like it that way.
I like that I write on my hands. That I have an nemesis. That I fake tourettes in waiting rooms. I like that when I was little I had a teddy bear with no head and a nipple piercing. I like that I still have that teddy bear. [Dear Sweet Frank, I named him after the drug helpline]

Point is; I’m crazy. And you should be too.
Yes I may laugh at the wrong moment, but someone has to break the silence.

Spread my bumper sticker. Spread it far and wide.
