...as of today. I have one more high-juice patch and then I’m dropping to the mediums. I still think of smoking once in awhile, but generally it’s first thing in the morning before I have my patch on. lol I don’t missing smoking hugely at this point, and there are a lot of benefits to not smoking. For one, I’m glad I’m not always looking for my next opportunity. I seem to be getting more done too.

...ONE MONTH this Sunday!!! Going to try and step down to the 14mg patches (step 2) rather than put in another two weeks at 21mgs. I’m hoping the fact that I didn’t smoke for big chunks of this past year will make that more feasible. (?)

I’m excited! I thought I was doomed this time around! It’s not even on my radar. Actually, the smell of it made me sick the other day which has NEVER happened to me. I still on occasion see someone smoking and it looks good to me… ; ) but not good enough to risk having to go through withdrawal again!!!! Ugh! IT’s the WORST.

I have a friend in town unexpectedly – one that I used to smoke with. Kinda jarring to my resolve, but not fatal I don’t think. I haven’t seen him yet so I just need to prepare myself.

Two weeks down. Thank goodness, I managed to get out to buy patches tonight so I’m set for tomorrow! I’d been meaning to do that for several days and kept spacing it.

Just completed Day 12. I’d say it’s going pretty well, everything considered. I definitely need to make it a point to go buy more patches this weekend, as I will be running out in a couple of days. I don’t think about smoking too much, except first thing in the morning before I have the patch on. lol Getting back in the gym this weekend will help too. :)

This is nowhere near behind me, but it’s good to have one week down. I can tell the patch is carrying me because I take it off at night and when I wake up in the morning I have a tendency to think about cigarettes until I get that bugger on again.
