Ok, so I’m on my scheduale again. And as expected, things are painful.
I think I’ve injured my bicep? If I try and extend my right arm to 180 degrees, I get a sharp pain. I remember it happening before, but I wish it doesn’t last as long…
Why the hell do I always have to injure myself? Aren’t the gains supposed to be greater if one works harder?! Gah.

I haven’t worked out for like 6 months! LOL!
I need to gain weight. It’s not as important as before since I don’t want to play varsity football anymore.

I couldn’t work out today because the damn gym was full of morons. What kind of morons, you ask? Ones who don’t actually “work out” but rather piss around and talk about stupid shit.
Perfect example…
Jim and Bob go to the gym. They do not work out, but stand fashionable by the bench press, with water bottles in their hands, chatting about steroids, human growth hormone, and other “stupid shit.”
Bob asks, “Hey Jim, how much could you bench?”
Jim: “Uhh, 300 pounds. You?”
Bob: “Wow! That’s pretty good. I can’t do much, barely 350.”
Truth be, neither of them could bench their own weight (70 kgs). Also, neither of them have the balls to use the mentioned drugs.
And now I have to change my scheduale! I did it because I wouldn’t have gotten anything accomplished, really. With all those morons in there, nobody can do ANY work. They just keep chatting and chatting, proposing hazards by essentially breaking one’s concentration while deadlifting or benching, which can be quite fatal depending on the circumstances.
It certainly wasn’t worth it…
Fucking goons…

I’m trying to be about 180 lbs by the end of the summer, which requires about 25 more lbs of mass to complete. After working out for a month or so, I’ve actually gained 5 lbs, so completing this goal seems a lot more feasible than I thought…
